Check the calendar below for the venue of the next combined service. We often have a special breakfast together before the service. Join us! Everyone is welcome.
New Opportunity for Informal Sunday Evening Worship
Come and join us at our first gathering on Sunday January 14th at 5pm.
After that, we will be meeting on the 1st Sunday of every month at 5pm.
Venue: St James Church, Thorley
The aim of our evening is for us all to have the opportunity to explore spirituality and encounter God.
There will be songs, music, a talk and sections where you will be guided as well as times left free for your own reflections, meditations and prayers. The guided sections will be introduced and explained as we come to them.
Tea, coffee and snacks will be available that you can help yourself to before, after and throughout the evening.
If you would like someone to pray with you, they will be available in the Tower Room. You may share as much or as little as you feel comfortable, about what you would like prayer for.
There will be several focus points set up around the church with suggestions on how you might like to use them. You are encouraged to explore these.
Please feel free to join in with as much or as little of the evening as you would like.
